You will support customer service teams and courier partnerships, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, a background in logistics or related field, and experience with financial components of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Experience with Tableau is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage financial components of a logistics operation and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including departures and deliveries to customers.
• Analyze and manage financial components, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within logistics.
• Develop SOPs to standardize and optimize logistics processes.
