Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in managing complex projects with timelines and budgets.
• Strong analytical and data-interpretation abilities.
• Proficient with Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis of the transportation network to identify cost savings and efficiencies.
• Lead transportation-related projects from conception to completion within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL carriers to align on strategies and execution.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess fleet performance and report to leadership.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes across transportation operations.
• Resolve transportation challenges through data-driven problem-solving.
