Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration preferred.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management with focus on fleet operations or carrier management.
• Proven project management experience with complex timelines and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and trend identification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Transportation network data analytics and reporting to identify cost reductions and service improvements.
• Lead and manage transportation-related projects from conception to completion.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external 3PL carriers.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs for fleet performance and insights for leadership.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to meet financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvements in transportation operations.
• Proactively resolve complex transportation challenges using data-driven methods.
