Cardinal Health is seeking a Transportation Consultant to analyze the transportation network, drive cost reductions, and improve service across the supply chain. You will partner with operations, 3PL providers, and finance to implement data-driven transportation strategies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and ability to influence stakeholders with actionable insights. Travel of 10-15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation network data to identify cost savings and improve service levels.
• Lead transportation projects from concept to completion, with defined scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and 3PL carriers to execute transportation strategies.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess fleet performance and operational trends.
• Control project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within financial parameters.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization across transportation operations.
