Actalent is seeking a Sr Transmission Line Engineer (REMOTE) to lead design, analysis, and project delivery for a major utility client. You will collaborate with in-house and client engineers, mentor junior staff, and oversee a small team.

The role includes design of 69–765 kV lines, route selection, PLS-CADD modeling, construction documentation, cost estimates, and regulator coordination. Travel may be required; PE licensure is required.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited Civil or Electrical Engineering degree.
• PE licensure is required.
• Masters degree counts toward years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead design activities for transmission line projects, including analysis and routing.
• Prepare construction documents: drawings, specs, schedules, BOMs.
• Develop design alternatives with cost estimates.
• Design 69 kV to 765 kV facilities and model with PLS-CADD.
• Coordinate with regulators and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor engineers; oversee project completion and milestones.
