GE Aerospace in the United States seeks a Program Manager – Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to align HR tech strategy with business needs and lead delivery with a small contingent team.

Turn business needs into functional and technical requirements, manage sprints, and ensure stable operations while coordinating with security, vendors, and cross‑functional partners to drive value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience OR Associates with 5+ years OR High School Diploma with 7+ years
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery.

Mansioni

• Partner with Global Mobility and Talent Management leaders to understand business needs, define priorities, and support the product roadmap.
• Build working knowledge of the HR technology products and related processes.
• Gather requirements through voice-of-customer sessions and stakeholder interviews and develop personas.
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; break down requests into actionable work.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of contingent workers and set clear goals.
• Run sprints: planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain backlog in Jira.
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer needs and business value.
• Engage with development teams to clarify requirements, support refinement, and participate in testing.
• Collaborate with UX on design decisions where applicable.
• Drive remediation of security findings in partnership with Cybersecurity.
