GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager – Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to set a clear strategic direction for HR technology products and lead delivery with a small team of contingent workers. You will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, run sprints, and align stakeholders across mobility, HR, architects, and development teams.

You will manage Jira sprint rituals, refine backlog, support user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of professional experience OR Associate degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery

Mansioni

• Partner with Mobility and Talent leaders to understand business needs, define priorities, and support the product roadmap
• Lead a small team of contingent workers and offshore resources
• Run sprints: planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in Jira
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer needs, value, and risk
• Engage with development, clarify requirements, support story refinement and testing
• Collaborate with UX on design decisions
• Drive vulnerability remediation with Cybersecurity
• Ensure stable operations and incident/change management
• Manage SaaS vendor relationships and renewals
