GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to set direction for HR technology products and lead delivery with a small contingent team. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, run sprints, ensure stable operations, manage SaaS vendors, and align stakeholders across HR, enterprise, security and development teams.

Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors and SaaS integrations is a plus; strong

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR Associates with 5+ years, OR High School with 7+ years of experience.
Military experience counts as professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery.

Mansioni

Partner with Global Mobility and Talent Management leaders to define priorities and support the product roadmap.
Build working knowledge of HR technology products, processes, and industry trends.
Gather requirements through sessions and interviews, develop personas, and collect feedback.
Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; break down ambiguous requests.
Lead and coordinate a small team of contingent workers, setting goals and tracking delivery.
Run sprints: planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retros; keep 1–2 sprints of backlog ready in Jira.
Prioritize the backlog based on customer needs, value, and risk.
Engage with development: clarify requirements, support refinement, testing, and design discussions.
Collaborate with UX on design decisions where applicable.
Vulnerability management: track and remediate security findings with defined SLAs with Cybersecurity.
Maintain stable operations: monitor health, incidents, changes, root cause analysis.
SaaS vendor management: SLAs, releases, escalations, renewals with Sourcing.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner with development leadership to support healthy delivery processes.
