Job summary

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs remotely. You will define problems, gather requirements, build roadmaps, and manage dependencies across engineering, product, design and operations.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in technology program management
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments
• Strong technology background in engineering/architecture or solution design
• Ability to discuss with architects and tech leaders as an equal partner
• Holistic view of business, operations and technology
• Maturity to navigate ambiguous environments
• Stable career path with growth
• Technical higher education in CS/Engineering/IT
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean and Six Sigma
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and MS Office
• SQL basics and at least one programming language
• Fluent English (executive level) and Polish

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs and strategic initiatives, including launches in new markets
• Define problems, gather requirements, and identify risks independently
• Build program plans, roadmaps, milestones and critical paths
• Ask questions about regulations, business processes, customer impact, dependencies and local market requirements
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and integration points; resolve blockers
• Run governance: steering committees, decision reviews and readiness checks
• Maintain RAID logs, status reviews and rollout reviews
• Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes using data
• Cover non-functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability) and document architecture decisions
• Coordinate vendors and third parties at SLA/OLA level
• Work with Engineering, Product, Design and Operations; keep executives informed on status and risks
• Apply AI systematically in daily program work (reporting, readiness testing, metrics validation)
• Lead retrospectives and mentor junior TPMs
