GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to define direction for HR technology products and lead delivery with a small contingent team.
You will convert business needs into functional and technical requirements, run sprints, ensure stable operations, manage SaaS vendors, and align stakeholders across architecture, cybersecurity, and development teams.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience (or Associate with 5+ years, or HS with 7+ years)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery.
Mansioni
- Partner with Global Mobility and Talent Management leaders to understand business needs, define priorities, and support the product roadmap.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; break down requests into actionable work.
- Lead and coordinate a small team of contingent workers and run sprints in Jira.
- Engage with development teams to clarify requirements and support testing and validation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and UX as needed to ensure secure, user-friendly solutions.
