Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Program Manager – Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to guide HR tech products, translate needs into clear requirements, run sprints, and ensure secure operations with a small contingent team.

You will partner with mobility and talent leaders, manage SaaS vendors, and coordinate with architects, developers, and cybersecurity to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years with an Associates degree, OR 7+ years with a high school diploma.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Mobility and Talent Management leaders to understand business needs, define priorities, and support the product roadmap.
• Translate requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria; break down ambiguous requests.
• Lead a small team of contingent workers and coordinate sprint activities in Jira.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer needs, value, and risk.
• Engage with development teams; clarify requirements; support testing and validation.
