GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Global Mobility & Talent Management Technology to set direction and lead delivery with a small team of contingent workers. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, run sprints, and manage security and operations across HR technology platforms.

You will collaborate with mobility/talent leaders, enterprise and technical architects, and vendors to ensure aligned delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced SaaS

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant professional experience

Mansioni

• Partner with Mobility and Talent leaders to understand business needs and support product roadmap
• Translate requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead and coordinate a small team of contingent workers
• Run sprints including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives in Jira
• Prioritize backlog based on customer needs, value, and risk
• Engage with development team to clarify requirements and validate work
• Collaborate with UX on design decisions
• Oversee vulnerability management and security remediation with Cybersecurity
• Monitor operations, incident management and continuous improvement
• Manage SaaS vendor relationships, SLAs, and renewals with sourcing teams
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with development leadership to ensure healthy delivery processes
