Job summary
GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Global Mobility & Talent Management Tech to set strategic direction for HR technology products and lead delivery with a small contingent team. You will convert business needs into actionable technical requirements, run sprints, ensure security and stable operations, and manage SaaS vendors and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years in technical program or project management, business analysis, or application delivery.
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with HR tech products and SaaS integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with mobility and talent leaders to define priorities and support the product roadmap.
- Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and voice-of-customer sessions.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; refine backlog in Jira.
- Lead a small contingent/offshore team and manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with development, security, UX, and vendor partners to ensure stable operations and compliant delivery.
