Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states, driving growth with independent agencies through Branch quotes and tools. This field-based, relationship-first role emphasizes in-person engagement, trust-building, and disciplined territory management.

You will manage a production target, grow quoted and bound premium, and partner with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role identifying geography or book of business.
• Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills with agency principals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, building trust and driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Replace a remote, digitally delivered model with an in-person, field-based approach and bring field insights back to Branch.
• Manage a target agency list, maintain a pipeline of appointed agencies, and track progress toward production targets.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and ensure producers understand Branch’s core benefits and risk appetite.
