Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering PLUS minimum 6 years of experience in electrical and/or technical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications, highly desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop accurate and relevant training content
• Lead a hybrid model of training between themselves and SMEs to ensure effective delivery of technical training programs
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs; Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth; Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content
