You will collaborate with SMEs, develop content, coordinate logistics, and tailor training to audience needs, while gathering feedback to continuously improve materials. This role supports remote US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical/technical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop content.
• Lead a hybrid model of training with SMEs to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content; Facilitate sessions and gather feedback.
