Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field with 6+ years in electrical/technical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and travel up to 30% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on, high-impact training sessions on low and medium voltage electrical distribution products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey; collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop content.
• Lead a hybrid training model with SMEs to ensure effective delivery of technical programs.
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, tailor content to audience needs; facilitate in-person and virtual sessions; gather feedback and continuously improve content.
