You will lead hands-on training, collaborate with SMEs, and run a hybrid delivery model, both in-person and virtual. Role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 6 years in the electrical/technical field, with travel up to 30% across North America and the ability to work from any location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical or technical industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact training sessions on low and medium voltage electrical distribution products.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop relevant training content.
• Lead a hybrid training model combining in-person and virtual sessions for effective delivery.
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, tailor content to the audience, and gather feedback.
