This remote role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least six years in electrical/technical industries, and up to 30% travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 6 years in electrical/technical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications, highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
• Ability to work independently from any location.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind empowering customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed.
• Lead hands-on, high-impact training sessions on low and medium voltage electrical distribution products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop relevant training content.
• Lead a hybrid model of training to ensure effective delivery of programs.
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, tailor content, facilitate sessions, and gather feedback.
