Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience, ideally 2+ in-house.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in software and/or hardware.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, managers, and partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
