Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to develop sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines.

This 6-month contract with potential extension emphasizes proactive outreach, passive candidate engagement, and data-driven recruiting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience sourcing across software, hardware, robotics, AI or related engineering.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive technical talent across multiple channels.
• Craft personalized outreach to drive candidate engagement and response rates.
• Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the ATS.
