Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Hardware Recruiter to attract and hire top hardware and software engineering talent across the organization. This fully remote role (with optional hybrid work near Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA) partners with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience and manage full-cycle hiring for technical roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruiting data.
• BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
