Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for remote, contract work across healthcare-industry initiatives. You will coordinate high-complexity programs, work with executive stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's or higher, and the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives on a W2 basis with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of related project or program management experience.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, including vice presidents and above, under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and reviewed on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor team members to support a high-functioning team in a matrixed environment.
