Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate high-visibility initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This remote, W2 role requires aligning business and technology teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving risk mitigation to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate operates consultatively, communicates status and risks to senior leadership, and brings structure to ambiguous efforts across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience in healthcare or related environments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders under tight timelines in a consultative capacity.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
