Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for a remote, contract opportunity. You will serve as the technical coordination point for high‑complexity initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently, and work with business and technology partners to ensure aligned deliverables.

Required are 5–8 years in project or program management, experience with executive stakeholders, and knowledge of FEP or government-related projects.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of related project or program management experience.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, including vice presidents and above, under tight timelines in a consultative capacity.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and experience with government-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with many moving parts and cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
