Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for a remote contract role. You will serve as the technical coordination point for high‑complexity projects, manage multiple initiatives with cross‑functional teams, and present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years PM/Program Management experience.
• Experience with executive stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Healthcare/insurance domain knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience when no degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; report to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations.
• Mentor team members in a matrixed environment.
