Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for a remote, contract engagement. You will coordinate high‑complexity initiatives in a healthcare/insurance setting, working with executive stakeholders and multiple delivery partners on tight timelines.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s or higher degree, and the ability to mentor teams in a matrixed environment. W2 benefits are provided; hourly rate is $49–$54.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience in healthcare/insurance.
• Experience with executive stakeholders (VP+), under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-complexity projects and multiple initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners meet schedules.
• Manage resources across delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, mitigate risks; communicate impacts to senior leadership.
• Lead structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate topics into plans.
• Mentor team members to support a high-functioning matrixed team.
