Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare/insurance.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders (VPs and above) under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts and decisions to leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a high performing matrixed team.
