Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for a remote, contract engagement. You will coordinate high‑complexity projects, align business and technology partners, and deliver results across multiple work streams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include guiding executive stakeholders, managing cross‑functional teams, and mitigating risks to keep schedules. This role requires strong communication, 5–8 years of PM experience, and a proven ability to operate in

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience preferred.
• Experience with executive stakeholders (VPs and above).
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high‑complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning matrixed team.
