You will work within the Customer Engineering Group to coordinate with Solutions Engineers, Engagement Services, and Product teams for time-to-value and long-term success.

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working across global, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for assigned accounts.
