Docker seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to support our most strategic accounts. You will own pre‑sales technical strategy, shape customer requirements early, and influence outcomes in complex sales cycles.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Account Executives, Post Sales, and Product teams to drive measurable business and technical value through technical selling, deal shaping, and champion ownership. Full fluency in German and English is mandatory for the role.

Qualifications

• Full Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Senior Solutions Engineer to support strategic accounts in a remote-first, global team.
• Ability to lead pre-sales strategy and shape customer requirements in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives and buying drivers.
