Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers and understand their technical landscape and success criteria.
• Drive product adoption and operational maturity by aligning Docker capabilities to customer objectives.
• Conduct regular technical and business reviews to demonstrate value realization and identify opportunities for growth.
• Anticipate risks and blockers; collaborate with customers and internal teams on mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact and advocate for accounts, ensuring smooth handoff from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing success.
• Create and share reusable best practices, reference architectures, and technical playbooks at scale.
• Provide guidance on containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer productivity trends.
• Maintain high-quality documentation of engagements and health status; contribute to standardized TAM processes.
• Support scalable initiatives such as 1:many workshops and digital enablement programs.
