Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Researcher to identify and engage top technical professionals for high-growth tech clients. This remote role builds pipelines, leverages advanced sourcing techniques, and collaborates with client teams to match hiring priorities.

You will conduct market intelligence, reach passive candidates, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while partnering with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years technical recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• 1+ year in-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Advanced sourcing skills with Boolean search, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Ability to understand technical roles, skills, and requirements for niche positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.
• Collaborative, consultative approach with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new sourcing strategies and stay updated on TA practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage highly qualified technical professionals across disciplines.
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn research.
• Partner with one client at a time to understand objectives, culture, and hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to refine search strategies.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and deliver a positive experience.
• Research talent markets and provide insights on availability and competitive conditions.
• Support recruitment timelines and ensure sourcing aligns with priorities and objectives.
• Share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
