Jobgether is seeking a Senior Robotics Recruiter in the United States to identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent across robotics, engineering, and hardware disciplines.

You will partner with innovative tech companies to build teams, leverage advanced sourcing, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on a positive candidate experience and diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• At least four years in technical/hardware recruitment in fast-paced settings.
• Experience recruiting robotics/engineering hardware roles.
• In-house recruitment experience preferred (TA teams).
• Strong sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, creative methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities with accuracy and priority.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across robotics, engineering, and hardware disciplines.
• Lead advanced sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
• Build trusted client partnerships and understand culture and needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy.
• Guide candidates through hiring process from outreach to offer.
• Deliver targeted outcomes for hard-to-fill roles and ensure candidate experience.
