You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with senior leaders, and drive data‑driven decisions to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.

You will build strong pipelines, negotiate offers, and promote inclusive hiring practices while strengthening employer branding in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and/or agency recruitment experience across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong tech recruiting experience with ability to interpret technical requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into talent strategies and manage end‑to‑end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recruitment plans with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, especially for technology roles.
• Source high‑quality talent via networks, job boards, and referrals, including passive candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to gauge fit and potential for success.
• Advise on job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
