Life Image is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its remote team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support for healthcare interoperability applications. You will provide assistance through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction with technical troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Computer Science and over 5 years of experience in technical support. This position requires advanced troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Linux and database systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support from Tier I to III.
• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP, HTTP, HTTPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via phone and email.
• Resolve Level I to Level III technical issues.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
