Job summary

HealthEdge, a leading healthcare IT company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide advanced application support, incident management, and root cause analysis for the GuidingCare platform. This remote US role partners with L1 Support, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.

You will investigate complex production issues, perform SQL/T-SQL queries, and contribute to automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong background in enterprise software support and healthcare IT is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues across application and database layers.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents across all severity levels.
• Coordinate emergency production fixes and hotfix deployments with Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses using logs and system diagnostics.
• Write and execute complex SQL/T-SQL queries for troubleshooting and data corrections.
• Support configurations across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Customer-Facing teams to resolve issues.
