Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1, to provide remote technical support for healthcare imaging IT solutions. You will handle calls, log issues, and document resolutions while coordinating with Level 2 and Development teams.

The role requires a CS/IS degree and 3+ years in technical customer support, with preference for HL7/DICOM familiarity and healthcare IT experience. Travel eligible for onsite visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical customer support in a high-tech or healthcare IT environment.
• Experience with HL7 or DICOM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telephone and expert support to Agfa customers and internal teams.
• Log and track cases using support software; document solutions in knowledge base.
• Escalate issues to Level 2/Development and coordinate resolutions.
