Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Technology) for a global aerospace company. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, sourcing hard-to-fill talent, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers in a high-volume environment.

The 12-month contract role offers remote work in the US, W-2 employment, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). 4+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for Engineering & Technology roles.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness for occasional onsite support near MD.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Source for hard-to-fill positions and mine talent from ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
• Support hiring events and manage a high-volume req load.
