Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering and scientific roles.
• Proven success sourcing hard-to-find technical talent via outbound search, referrals and campaigns.
• Experience hiring in startup or high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication with a candidate-first mindset and exceptional interview experience.
• Strong knowledge of ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical roles across engineering and science.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using outbound search, referrals and targeted campaigns.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, guiding through interviews.
• Coordinate onsite interviews end-to-end including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and strategies.
• Represent the company as a compelling ambassador to candidates.
