Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on hard-to-fill engineer and architect positions. You’ll partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and guide candidates from first touch to offer.

You’ll source via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche communities; screen resumes; coordinate interviews; extend offers with onboarding; and maintain accurate ATS records while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for senior engineering/architecture roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and niche communities.
• Solid understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer, in close partnership with hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and niche technical communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical fit and experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, define interview panels, and set evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving.
• Extend verbal offers to selected candidates, then partner with onboarding for paperwork.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Deliver a positive, professional experience for every candidate.
