Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization in a remote role across the US and Canada. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping talent strategies, building pipelines, and enabling rapid hiring as priorities evolve.

You will develop deep understanding of Kinaxis, market dynamics, and talent landscapes, providing insights to leaders to support growth and long-term workforce planning.

• Significant experience in talent acquisition or advisory roles.
• Experience supporting commercial, high-growth environments.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

• Build trusted relationships with Sales leaders and act as a strategic advisor on talent needs and hiring strategy.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned to business needs and growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales functions and levels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor external talent market trends and provide insights to leadership to improve recruiting processes.
