Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to support pre-sales engagements across the USA. You will bring market domain expertise and product knowledge to help drive sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this remote role, you will craft custom demos, qualify prospects, and collaborate with sales to transition accounts to deployment teams, while influencing product improvement through field feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of supply chain management, implementation or enterprise pre-sales experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and SCM/ERP solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing software and scheduling solutions is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and time management skills.
• Adaptable with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision.
• Qualify prospects based on Kinaxis capabilities and applicability.
• Construct and deliver custom demos using customer data and Maestro resources.
• Create supplementary materials for customer-specific demonstrations.
• Follow the sales process ensuring key deliverables are produced.
• Provide feedback to product management on gaps and improvements.
• Produce sales transition documentation for Professional Services and coordinate handoffs.
• Communicate product improvements and field-originated recommendations.
