Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing to drive worldwide partner marketing programs. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, and the Global Partner Organization to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline across global markets.

You will develop GTM strategies with consulting partners, SI’s, hyperscalers, VARs and tech partners, ensuring scalable, impactful campaigns and consistent regional execution in a remote, international setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, including partner or ecosystem marketing.
• Experience leading global programs with multiple partners and regions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and go-to-market models.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute global partner marketing plans aligned with business priorities and regional growth.
• Manage joint GTM programs with consulting partners, SI’s, hyperscalers, VARs and technology partners.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Global Partner orgs to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, assets and activation toolkits for regional consistency.
• Coordinate regional Field Marketing, Demand Gen, ABM, Events, Communications, and Sales initiatives.
• Oversee MDF investments, partner tiering, and marketing standards to drive scalability.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and attribution, communicating partner-influenced pipeline and engagement.
