The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition partners with managers and HR Business Partners to craft strategy, identify top talent, and guide offers while maintaining compliant processes in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
