You will partner with hiring managers and HRBusiness Partners on recruitment strategy, including candidate identification, assessment, and offers, while delivering an efficient, high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders. You will maintain accurate ATS data, uphold ethical standards, and operate with urgency to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years in full cycle recruiting with active sourcing or graduate degree with 7+ years; without degree 13+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition strategy and offers.
• Provide high-touch candidate and manager experience across all recruiting stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance.
