Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition for a remote role. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, offers, and compensation recommendations.

You will manage the recruiting lifecycle with a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining data integrity in the ATS. The role requires at least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (or a graduate degree with 4 years)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in full cycle recruiting with active sourcing; or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection.
• Provide efficient and high-touch candidate and manager experience through all recruiting stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS with compliance adherence.
