The role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to craft recruitment strategies, identify candidates, assess, and extend offers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle. You will maintain compliant candidate records in the ATS, uphold ethical standards, and operate with urgency to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years in full-cycle recruiting experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and corporate recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition strategy, candidate IDs, selection, compensation recommendations and offers.
• Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through all recruiting stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System with compliance to TA processes.
• Demonstrate strong ethics, integrity and respect in all interactions.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines while acting with urgency.
• Work with a proactive, results-driven approach to fill roles efficiently.
