This remote opportunity emphasizes efficient candidate experience, strict data accuracy in the ATS, and adherence to compliance, while maintaining high ethical standards and urgency in execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related experience.
• Active sourcing or agency/corporate recruiting experience preferred.

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offers.
• Provide efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS with compliance to TA processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency.
