You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, offer extension, and more. You will work to provide an efficient, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through every stage of the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, offer extension and more.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect.
